For this cybersmart task, we created a slide helping John clean his google drive. First we placed John’s different DLO’s into the right folder then we cleaned our own google drive. Next we had to put a red circle over the DLO that is not titled or if it has nothing in it. After that we took a photo of our clean machine google drive to show others what their google drive should look like and how it should be. The purpose of this task is to show everyone where and why to put their DLO’s in different folders so that it's easy to find.

Cybersmart
This week for cybersmart we learnt about bookmarks. Bookmarks are good for learning because it faster to find your work. For example if I had to find my blog and it wasn't bookmark I will have to find it but if it was bookmark it would be faster to find.

Cawa of care
LI. Be cybersmart and use our devices.
Today we did a task called kawa of care. We had to find all the top keyboard shortcuts. For example ctrl z is a shortcut for backspace. After understanding all the shortcuts it helps you finish your work faster. I thought that this activity was hard because there was a long list we had to find a shortcut.

This week we are learning how to comment and getting a conversation going. Then we had to respond to Room 4 comment.
Then we had to make a response on a google doc. Then we had to choose one group to use for our reply to room 4.

This is important because when you are in a meeting you would have to respond to each of sentences or questions they ask you.
