Kiwi sport/tennis

LI: to learn how to play two on two .
Double tennis is when two players ageist another two players. Both players on each team should have turns at hitting the ball. The person closer to the ball should hit the ball after. We practiced by playing double.

Athletics day

For athletics day I was color blue. The other colors were red blue green and black.
Their were long jump, shot pot, life saving, rest and dance.Our fist was long jump. Next was shot pot, then last was rest and dance. For long jump we got run then jump. For shot pot we had to use the right teck neck. For rest and dace we got to dace and rest and play with a ball.

Writing

LI: to describe using interesting language features I had to describe a photo. I had to make it into speech. I said I was going for the ball then mote pulled my horse tail, but i did not care.I scrambled for the ball and scored a try.

I did a activity called the Fiction follow up tasks.I had to read a book called The kings Treasure. I finish 7 thing in the Fiction follow up tasks. One was Describe, two was Ask questions, three Key word cloud, four was find the meaning, five was Picture, 6 was Research Author, and last was text to text, text to world, and text to self.

Kiwi sport/tennis

LI: To learn how backhand and forward hand.
For kiwi sport we practice  how to serve. First we start with hitting the ball. We were leaning how sever on a full. A serve is when you star with the ball and pass it two you partner. After that we got to play two on two.

LI: To test our planes.
I had to find a plane and make. After that we had to test it out. We test with a ruler for distance and time for how many seconds can it stay in the air. We got three throws and three distance. It was in the air for 1.236,1.13, and 1.5. The distance was 3.34, 3.37, and 2.79.fd
My production that it when one m, but I was wrong. It went far the one m.
My next Production was how long will it fly in the air. I was wrong but it was better that my production.

Kiwi can

LI: To learn patient.
For kiwi can I have been learning about respect. We played three games and it was boys vs girls.The word we were learning was patient.

First game
Our first game was called snap and escape. It when you put one hand flat and the other hand like a gun. When they say the key word you have to catch the person with the gun and the other hand has to run away.Boys won that round.

Secede game
For our next game it was called squeeze. It when the kiwi can teacher squeeze our shoulder and the one who was squeeze has to go down the line and when it hits the last person they have to run and try to get the coin.Boys won that round.

Last game
For our last game it called down the road. It when you have to try and get the answer right. Then we you get right the person that didn't get it right has to sit down. you have to try and make it to the last and beat the last person. The boys won that last round.

For math I had to make plane.I had to follow the instructions.
The plane was called Vortex.It spins like the Vortex on the bottle.We were going to use the plane for distance, how you throw it, graph, and record.

Valley fold in half.Unfold.

Create a partial crease in the middle of the paper.Unfold

Create anther partial crease  by folding the left side into the middle crease.Unfold

Valley fold the left top and bottom corners to meet at the crease it on step 3.

Step 5
Valley fold the left side in to the middle crease. Made on step 3

Step 6
Valley fold the left to and bottom corners in to meet on either side in the middle crease .

Step 7
Valley fold the paper in half bottom to top

Step 8
Valley fold the top folded edge down to align with the straight folded edge. Repeat behind.

Place one sticker on the top of the plan as shown.

Foodprint/Inquiry

LI:To learn about Michael story.
For inquiry one of my teachers friend came and told us a story about her journey. She made a site about food. Her name was Michal. Her site name is Foodprint. Michael told us about food waste. Michael chose bread to explain. Michael has been running it for two years.  I learnt form Michael, 20 million people loaves of bread wasted in NZ a year. If you waste food from a coffee place the coffee place has to pay someone to take their rubbish away.

Kiwi can

LI:  
For kiwi we have been learning about our theme.Then we got into our energizer we had to get a partner.We had to pull out one hand with 2 or 3 or 5 and the number together with you partner.
For our activity we got split by our kiwi can teacher.We had to dance. When the song stop we have to try and grab a cone and sit down.

For kiwi sport we practice in the hall.We start off with hitting the ball back and forward. 
We got in to throw the ball like shot poll throw and try to hit the other coin diagonally.We also were changing to have terns. After that we went to serving the ball diagonally. we pass it two our partner and they have to catch it or catch with their tennis racket.

Three little pigs/Writing/ WIP

 Three little pigs
Once upon a time there was a mother that was a pig. And the mother let the three little pigs go out
and make there own house. The mother said watch out for the big fat hungry wolf.


The pigs went of.The first pig ask a man for some straw.The next little pig made his house out of wood.
The last pig made his house out of brick.


Then the big fat hungry wolf came along.


The big bad wolf went to the first house that was made out of straw.He knocked on the door and he
said open the door little pig before I huff and puff until I blow your house down.The little pig said not by
the hair of my chinny chin chin.so the wolf blow the house down.Then the little pig ran to his middle
brother.


The wolf went to the wood house.He knocked on the door and he said open the door middle pig before
I huff and puff until I blow your house down.The middle pig said not by the hair of my chinny chin chin.

The wolf looked up and saw a chimney. The pigs put a big pot of boiling water underneath the chimney. When the wolf went down the chimney he never looked down. When the wolf was almost out of the chimney he slipped into the boiling water and died.

LI: To use Statistics to answer a question .
My question was What sport do they like.My opinions were rugby, softball, netball, and other.
The most liked sport was rugby and the least liked was softball. So I used a record sheet and a tally chart and a graph.
