L.I To get our body in shape 
For hit we did some different types of push ups, and different types of how to hold the pull up bar, we also did some different types of mountain climbing. We did the normal push up, the knee push up the one leg push up, and the no hand push up.
We could do the mountain climbers on the stage or on the floor.
For the pull up you can put you hand under or over.
I learned by to go to H.I.I.T.
