Kiwi sport swimming

I practiced Streamline and roll for breath, Rotate body on side for breath, Do not swing head around!, Kicking on back, and Breath stroke & survival stroke.
Streamline roll for a breath is when you streamline and turn your head up to breath.
Rotate body on side for breath is when you Rotate your body on your side to breath.
Kicking on your back is when you swim on your back and kick.
