Figurative languge

Learing was about figurative language, understatement, hyperbole, personification, simlie and metophor.

Figurative language figuring out the meaning of what a person says. 

A hyperbole is exaggeration to show strong feeling or effect. 
Simlie means A simile is comparing 2 things using “like” or As”.


A understatement is expressing with less strength than expected (The opposite of hyperbole).
A personification is giving human traits to objects or ideas.
A metaphor is comparing 2 thing without using “like” or “as”.
